At CPS we have a blister packing rotating table.

Blister packing is a versatile packaging method used for many types of product.

Blister packing combines backing card graphics with a clear PVC or PET pocket and offers excellent product visibility. The finished blister pack can be hung (euro-slot), left loose in displays or packed into counter top display cartons. In addition to providing protection to the product, the blister pack can be shaped to hold a selection of products in position.

We offer full print and design services for the blister packing card and the display cartons, tooling and jig manufacture for the rotary blister packing machines and the supply of the vacuum formed PVC or PET blister pocket that will hold the product. We will manage the final distribution to the customer if this is required.

We also offer an alternative to blister packing, Stretch Packaging is an innovative retail display packaging process that enhances product display. Stretch Packaging uses the some of the best features of blister, clamshell, skin and shrink wrapping to provide a high quality packaging process.
